An all star cast head to Dubai for one of the world's biggest tennis events. With eight of the world's top male and nine of the top female players putting on their best whites, The Dubai Tennis Championships is set to be one of the sporting and social highlights of the year.
Four-time winner Roger Federer will be joined by an impressive line-up including three-time Roland Garros champion and 2006 Dubai winner Rafael Nadal, world number three and last year's US Open runner-up Novak Djokovic and semi finalist Nikolay Davydenko who will all be competing for the 2008 title and some hefty prize money.
The first part of the tournament will see the women battling it out, with Henin competing some of the world's best including last year's US Open finalist and world number two Svetlana Kuznetsova, Jelena Jankovic, Ana Ivanovic as well as Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams.
